Yes, that is a thing that exists in Bully.

We now know, from Dan Houser himself, that BULLY 2 wasn’t cancelled because of controversy or people being too sensitive. It was cancelled simply because Rockstar had to allocate their studios to work on other games, like Red Dead Redemption and GTA V. BULLY 2 is still possible.

Rockstar Games won’t be at Gamescom. We’ve seen that they no longer rely on game events like E3 for announcing or teasing their games. They’re so big these days that they can drop a record breaking trailer without any help from the industry.
