No, something a bit more realistic, at least in my eyes. He has said and done things in the past that even he himself can never sit and excuse himself for, especially now in retrospect. He wants to do better, be better... but he doesn't know where to really START.

Not full-blown, instantly gratifying redemption; making progress towards trying to actually better himself, trying to break free from the cycle of trauma and abuse that's left him such a broken individual.

【END GOAL】 I aim to explore avenues of this character and his potential in terms of storylines because I was honestly very dissatisfied with how a lot of things were handled in the show with him. What I am for is a portrayal of Billy where, over time, he improves as a person.

This is my own portrayal of Billy as a character, rewritten from the end of Season 2, Season 3, and written to survive into Season 4 in a way that stays in line with the show's storyline and makes sense. Due to this divergence from canon, it's fine if this draws people away.

I am here to explore a broken and damaged character, and see where my personal passion project of a character rewrite will take his development. I will never directly portray his misogyny or racism in a roleplay PERIOD, only address it if a situation demands it to be addressed.

I am of firm belief that he learned and picked up such behaviors/beliefs from his abusive father, Neil. No way does the abuse he has endured excuse or justify his actions or beliefs, but they provide a reasoning. I'm not here to romanticize anything, to gloss over anything.
