One of our last seminars for the semester is this Friday from 1-2pm in LSB 105 with speaker Scott Brenneck! As a past SU Law Graduate, Scott will speak on the role of a Defense Attorney within the criminal justice system, his current career, and particular cases of interest.

Two weeks ago MS students Taylor Walther, Cameron Brown and Maya Medina, attended the Northeastern Association of Forensic Scientists Conference in Lancaster PA to present their research as part of the forensic biology/DNA scientific and poster sessions. Great job everyone!

Thank you to Jonathan Jacobs for his presentation on ATCC's Genome Portal at last week's Seminar! Students loved hearing about ATCC's organization, the importance of using authenticated references linked to physical, traceable materials, and its impact on their current research.
