Huge row with o2 about my bill. They said ‘unless you apologise to the lady we are going to disconnect you and take the phone back’ . I said ‘hello, are you the lady I told to shove the phone up your arse?’ . She said: ‘yes’ . I said: ‘well watch out they’re bringing it round!’.
