I started watching the game from 60' and Chelsea could have been 3 goals up purely from their attacks on the right wing. Liverpool's left wing is ridiculously poor.

Gyokeres—he will improve, not sure where his ceiling is, but he will improve through the course of the season. Patience.

Zubimendi. Wow. He was able to pick up the pace of the match from the get go. Been such a reliable pillar for a player in his first season in the PL. Rice and Zubimendi is the highest floor of a midfield in the league.

Eze, Olise, Wharton — three players Palace bought from the Championship, today they are or are capable of playing at the absolute pinnacle of the football.

This season, Arteta is platforming his players better. - Trossard starting over Martinelli—assisting Gyok's channel runs by playing a ball-to-feet winger with him. - Giving Marrinell freedom to play centrally and on the shoulder of the defense. - Eze at R8 in his second start.

At the cost of sounding premature, I feel Arteta has taken the next step as a manager this season.

As AI becomes more prominent, we must adapt our brains to become better critical thinkers - we must expand beyond *what* to think, which is what the traditional education system teaches, to *how* and *why* This is basically a shift from descriptive thinking to analytical and

Ange and Amorim makes me ponder upon the philosophy of being loyal to your ideas and being simply foolish. There is certainly a line between the two, but where is it? How do you know you've reached it?

That trim might just get him to lift the Premier League trophy. Back to his best.

Gabriel and Saliba play a good chunk of the match in the opponents half, leaving acres to defend on counter attacks against sides which purely want to play on counters against Arsenal. Now sure what other benchmarks can we put them again to prove they're both absolutely WC.

let’s evaluate CB’s via their surroundings. ask Gabriel or Saliba to play in the same open way as Liverpool, Barcelona, PSG or Real Madrid do they’ll look half as good. Van Dijk, Rudiger (pre-injury idk about now), Araujo and Pacho >>>>> Marquinhos & Cubarsi on same level.

I can relate the criticism Wirtz is getting to what Ozil faced when he first arrived in England. Much like Ozil, Wirtz needs to learn to ride challenges, trade-off some of his creativity for better ball retention. You can't be creative from the bench.

Since people are taking this out of context — I was just flabbergasted by the impact of recency bais that shifted the narrative around Ødegaard after a 8 minutes cameo. I have personally always maintained he's a phenomenal player with few limitations.

I mean he had a good game against Newcastle, no doubt, but the sort of Ødegaard revisionism I'm seeing is a prime example of recency bais.

I'm such a fan of Curtis Jones' understanding of passing angles and body alignment. At times it feels he's underutilised by Liverpool.
