𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 ‼️ There is no training this evening at HQ - it will take place tomorrow evening from 18.30 This will then be followed by a players meal, player registration and a talk on mental health post training. Bar will be open and food is £5pp. 🍻🍜

Luke Orton is a player with Sandown & Shanklin RFC and had just joined the club Committee. On Saturday he was playing for the Ryde Rhinos in the beach rugby tournament. During this he suffered a serious injury to his neck involving a fracture and injury to his spinal cord.

They've done it! 🏆 The @SSRFC group have completed the Three Peaks Challenge and they smashed their target time of 24 hours, completing the gruelling climbs in just 22 hours and 48 minutes 👣 They've raised over £5k for @PAPYRUS_Charity in the process 👏
As if a long season of rugby isn't enough for seven @SSRFC players, they're taking on the notoriously tricky Three Peaks Challenge later this month to raise money for a charity aimed at preventing suicide in young people 🏉 The group will tackle Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell
