So this is BMW Assist after more than three hours. Our car has gone and we are left in a petrol station car park with our luggage. Utterly ridiculous. Apolplectic doesn’t come close... @BMW_UK @BMWGroup @BMW

Very disappointed with the service from @DoubleTree @HiltonHotels had a stay cancelled at the end of March and refund still hadn’t been processed despite numourous emails to Customer Services who keep telling us the hotel will contact me! #doubletree #poorservice #hiltonhotels
