Dogs are members of the family and should not be considered mere property. The emotional harm of losing your pet to theft should also be reflected during sentencing.

This weekend, we visited the fantastic Isle of Skye to hear how the Crofting & Scottish Land Court Bill might impact crofting communities. We heard about a mixed crofting approach with livestock, horticulture and trees & from producers of organic vegetable boxes.
