Hand and power tools are a crucial part of the construction industry but can be dangerous if used improperly. Employees must receive training before use, and everyone must wear the appropriate PPE. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions. #constructionsafety #SPSNE

The rescue plan should be discussed and in place before entry into the confined space. Only trained persons should attempt a rescue if a rescue becomes necessary. #SPSNE #SPSteam #confinedspace #ConstructionSafety

All confined spaces might not have the same hazards but they should all be considered dangerous. When feasible, all hazards should be eliminated before entry. The air quality should be continuously monitored and recorded. Make sure you know who is going in and out of the space.

To work in a confined space, you must be trained and have a permit. A Confined Space Entry permit must be completed before anyone enters the confined space, and it must be displayed at the entrance to the confined space. #SPSNE #SPSteam #confinedspace #ConstructionSafety
