our engineering and compute teams do incredible work to rapidly scale to meet customer demand for chatgpt. a lot of blood sweat and tears go into this, and they make it look relatively easy. i have never seen a team handle a 2.5 year sprint with such grace!.

Things we shipped today:. - Launched o3-pro to all ChatGPT Pro users and in the API today. It is significantly better than o3 across a number of evals. - Major price drop: o3 in the API is now 80% cheaper.- Doubled rate limits for o3 for ChatGPT Plus users.
OpenAI o3-pro is rolling out now to all Pro users in ChatGPT and in the API.

The ChatGPT ImageGen launch at the end of March was quite crazy. Here is a "behind the scenes" discussion that @sulmanrc and I had with @GergelyOrosz of @Pragmatic_Eng talking about the incredible work that our engineering team did for it.
