The study found that a minimal application of 10 µM with gauze for as little as 5 minutes achieved sufficient dermal penetration. PARPi-FL achieved a strong fluorescent signal in basal cell carcinoma cells and was comparatively weaker in benign tissue.

@JournalofNucMed The findings show that PSMA PET/CT is a valuable tool in selecting candidates for salvage radiotherapy treatment. This means: fewer patients receive unnecessary treatment and more patients get appropriate care.
