@SNLinReview What a waste of talent. The writing was abysmal. Few genuine laughs. Most of the show tried to lumber on with simple commitment that Poehler and older cast mates did bring.

@SNLinReview Okay show. Rudemans might be the worst thing since Lisa from Temecula - trying way too hard to force it to be funny. Also Role Model was absolutely awful

@SNLinReview Definitely a step up from last week. Felt like an episode from the Poehler era. Enjoyed the attorneys sketch. Laughed at the stupid Colin AI joke. Today marked the start of the Ashley Padilla takeover of SNL. So glad to see her and JAJ (not you, Dad!) all over the ep.

@SNLinReview A. With Amy Poehler I expected a fun show and this was very fun. Highlights: Fast Psychic, beer ad, lawyers, Hunting Wives, Grant and Alyssa, Joke Off, Aubrey Plaza and more. I loved Amy’s tribute to the first SNL premiere 50 years ago tonight. Firing on all cylinders this week.

@SNLinReview C+ the first half of the show was pretty weak (Tina Fey was the one good moment) but update picked up steam and Amy gave very committed performances in the 2nd half, even if they weren't terribly funny.

@SNLinReview Would've gone C but not crappy. Better than her 36 ep. Rough in parts but Amy used well (better than often was in the cast) and I genuinely appreciated the cast use. Lawyer, talk sketches were best of 51 so far. MG one of worst ever on SNL. Some building blocks for the season.

@SNLinReview A definite step up from the premiere. I enjoyed a lot of the sketches, and hardly anything was terrible, minus the final sketch. Amy Poehler was an awesome host, too.

@SNLinReview I don't usually factor in the musical guest because I'm usually not paying attention. But whatever Role Model was is straight up garbage.
