انقطعت بعض خدمات الإنترنت في مصر يوم 7 تموز/يوليو، جرّاء اندلاع حريقٍ في سنترال "رمسيس" المركزي وسط العاصمة المصرية القاهرة. ولا تزال تظهر بيانات الشبكة أنّ مستوى الاتصال الوطني بالإنترنت يبلغ حالياً نحو 44% فقط من إجمال مستوى الاتصال المعتاد، بحسب شبكة "نت بلوكس" @netblocks.
