Another fantastic session at WGS this morning. 37 boys and girls joined us to work on passing, tackle technique, kicking out of hand, decision making, speed and acceleration work. Great work by all. We now look forward to our skill specific clinics in December. #rugbydevelopment

Slightly later than usual with this but it was another fantastic week of sessions last week. A bit wetter than we are used to but the players and coaches adapted well and we again saw some great improvements from all. Looking forward to the last block of summer sessions this week

Just as hot in St Ives yesterday too but again, despite a smaller group this week, the boys worked really hard and enjoyed the session. Lots of decision making this week and plenty of positive improvements from all players! Still spaces going into the last 2 weeks. Get in touch.

A hot one up in Wisbech yesterday but that didn’t stop our players from working hard and enjoying the sessions. Awesome to have Olympian Jason Wing with us to deliver some speed training too. An excellent addition alongside the decision making and technical work we’ve been doing.

Great second session with Oscar & Charlie too. Here’s Oscar working on his grubber kick, attacking the line, then making a decision based on the cameraman’s movements. Then it’s Charlie goal kicking. We worked on standing foot, head position and follow through. #strike 👌
