Yesterday, we conducted our annual hurricane preparedness exercise, simulating the devastating impact of Hurricane Waterloo. The scenario brought together local, state, and federal partners to coordinate response efforts and enhance emergency readiness.

St. Johns County Fire Rescue (SJCFR) was proud to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the brand-new @7eleven in Rivertown!

This week, St. Johns County Fire Rescue joins the nation in recognizing National Emergency Medical Services Week, honoring the dedicated men and women who serve as the first critical link in the chain of emergency care.

Members from St. Johns County Fire Rescue, including the new Critical Care Paramedic staffed Medic 2, position, give an emergent blood transfusion to a critically injured trauma patient before being transported to a trauma center.
