It’s the third and final day of The Long Course Weekend! Today, our St John Ambulance Cymru volunteers are supporting several thousand athletes take part in the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Full Marathon 🏃🏽 #LCW2025

Our St John Ambulance Cymru volunteers are busy supporting The Long Course Weekend in Pembrokeshire! We have 5 Ambulance Crews, fully equipped Medical Centre, finish line team and an incident commanders working across the course to keep everyone safe, just in case! 🚑

A real privilege as current Chair of Council for @SJACDyfedCounty to attend the annual Service of Investiture for all @SJACymru in @LlandaffCath today. Great to see fellow Council member @Martin1Chris become a Member of the Order of St John. Congratulations to all involved 👏🏻👏🏻

Our team have been busy at Day 1 of the @PembsCountyShow today! It’s been great seeing lots of our supporters, whilst being on hand to help treat and care for anyone who is sick or injured. Pop by our First Aid Point and say hello if you’re visiting tomorrow! #JustInCase
