Signing off on homes that haven't been built. But homes exist over Supervalu, Grange that have NEVER BEEN LIVED IN! These people are doing ZERO for #derelictireland and #vacantireland
I attended the Contract Signing for 16 Housing Units at Grange, Co. Sligo The development will consist of the construction of 16 number new housing units comprising of, 10 no.1 bed apartments, 4 no. 2 bed apartments and 2 no. 3 bed dwellings, and associated site development work

We know who did the structural survey on our Eyesore of the Year #derelictireland They said the building is fine but the underground carpark is compromised. @walshthomasf what's your plan? How would you "use it for the community"? A carpark? Have you seen the report?

Reason for #derelictireland €300,000 to rewire. Too much money? Can't afford it? Then sell up. If this was made into 20 homes then the cost wouldn't be that much (not that we know how much electricians charge)

We tried and tried to get answers from @sligococo re money collected from #derelictireland levy. We asked for 3 years and were fobbed off until.. @OfficeOmbudsman asked them. Then they replied straight away and continue to reply. Try this service - it worked for us
