I got a message on the NHS app to contact them to book an annual health check. Phoned them and thankfully got through. Told I need to wait for a blood test form, then have the blood test at the phlebotomy clinic and then book to see the nurse.

I've built up a really healthy routine of daily evening prayer this summer. I have Snoopy by my side and often give God my worries too.

Can't quite work out why I am more alert today. I just woke up naturally in the early morning. Maybe it's the cooler temperature. It's 22.5c in here which is the coolest it's been since May. I double checked that I took my meds yesterday too.

I've been for my morning walk. I saw 8 Dogs. Only because one man was walking 5 Dogs. i saw him later on and he had 4 Dogs so not sure if he is walking other people's dogs.

Did a litter pick in my garden. The foxes bring a lot of rubbish into my garden. The photo below is what I sent the council about not being able to use my garden for wheelie bins. Loads of fly tipping at the rear in the alleyway.

Seems to have woken up alert early this morning. As it rubbish collection day I have bagged the remaining rubbish left by the landlord of next door into black sacks so that should be collected. There is still some some huge plastic cover from something that can't be disposed.

Think it's helping.

Got my diffuser on with lavender oils in water. Hopefully it will calm me as feels really anxious tonight.

Took some paracetamol to ease what seemed like a headache this afternoon. It seems to have helped. My head just seems funny today.

Keep having a head rush or feeling dizzy when standing up or bending down today. Feels quite intense today. Especially in my head. I think it must be orthostatic hypotension. I've took my blood pressure and it's normal.

I've been for my morning walk. It's a bit dryer than yesterday. I saw 5 dogs which was nice. I feel tired though I slept well and had a vivid dream.

I've been hugging Snoopy alot this evening. He brings me alot of comfort. As did the Daily Prayer app. I had my dinner. A chicken tikka and rice ready meal. Took my pills. Already for bed now.

I think that coffee ☕ at around 12pm did me some good against the sedation. I had a shave. Read some of my novel. Played a computer game.

Been feeling sedate this morning. I've been hugging Snoopy under a blanket. I need to wake up. I'm drinking more tea. I think my meds are too strong really.

I've been very sedate again today. Had BBC news on a lot. Read very little of my Star Trek novel. I had a brief nap in the early afternoon hugging Snoopy. I do get fed up feeling so tired most of the time.

About 2 years ago I started being woken up by my own snoring sometimes. It seemed to resolve once I used nasal strips on my nose overnight.I don't think it was quite apnea but was an issue. I don't seem to need the strips anymore and I guess that could be down to the weight loss.

I could hear lots of people whispering at one point during the church service today. I guess it's just my sensitive autistic hearing. I try to tell myself it's not about me and rationed that it was because the Lords table wasn't there for communion.

Church was good. No communion this week as the Vicar is on holiday. Thoughtful sermon about following God by Faith rather than by sight.
