Yet another Monster Arc Exploration in fiber arts: After visiting Faith Reingold's American People exhibit at the @deyoungmuseum our HS'ers set out to utilize their embroidery, sewing and block making skills to make a quilt around the question 'What makes a monster in America?'

Monster Arc Exploration: a visit to the Guo Pei exhibit at the @legionofhonor! Mixing such expressive art and exquisite craftsmanship, this exhibit provided the perfect opportunity for our students to explore their inner divas and dive into expression in fiber arts! Stay tuned!

In aftercare our kids get to continue exploring, come up with some new ideas or just wind down after a busy school day! This particular afternoon ended up in the park, engaging with all things slugs & snails! Kids came home with a healthy dose of excitement, dirt and happiness!
