If you haven’t heard the news yet, our beloved annex will be officially closing it’s doors on August 22nd. To close out the annex in style, we are holding a sale where everything you find inside will be $2! The sale will end on Sunday at 9:00 PM.

Few ties between Filipino and American maritime heritage are as literal as Manila rope. Made from abacá, a banana species native to the Philippines, it was prized as a trade good and material for rigging, machinery rope, fish nets, and whaling lines. #FilipinoAmericanHistoryMonth
