Sorry @DanielLurie but this is embarrassing. Really? Dropping $13 million dollars on a few hundred feet of bike lane at a freeway onramp, supposedly for a housing project several blocks away, that already has a bike lane (and e-bike station) right out front? Unbelievable. Truly.
