Announcement: to prepare for the inevitability of the Nintendo 64 floatie truck flotilla rendering us obsolete, we're adding little wheels to our ferries. Landboat will be able to serve brief as a bus, so it can cross bridges, parking lots and highways that are not too congested.

We’d also encourage anyone spending $80 a week on desk salads to google “brown bag lunch”
Commuting to downtown San Francisco from Marin is ~45 min each way, $8.40 in tolls and ~$10 in gas.
Add downtown parking for $40 and a salad for $16... That's $75/day and 90 min in the car.
It's pretty easy to understand why most ppl in the suburbs prefer WFH.

Last week, we saw our highest Peak AM Commute ridership since 2020 at 1,922 passengers per day. 📈
The biggest jump: the Oakland route as more commuters in The Town choose a relaxing roundtrip on the ferry in lieu of staring at brake lights on the freeways and bridge.

That's A LOT of cars not clogging up the freeways.

We're seeing a big bump in commute ridership this week. Yesterday our 7:15 AM Vallejo trip to S.F. had 331 passengers. That's equivalent to:
➡️ 236 cars (assuming 20% 3-pax carpool rate)
➡️ 17 stretch limos
➡️ 83 Stow Lake pedal boats
And that's just one trip!
