We’d like to present to you our partner: @ComuneMI! 🇮🇹.📍Together with Milano Ristorazione, the municipality developed a children´s book featuring food related stories, fun recipes and exercises for the children to bring home during their summer break. What a great initiative!😀

We just had a deep dive into #SF4C Tools 🛠️ Led by @ecosistemi_ , we explored the Environmental Impact Calculator 🌍 used to measure school food's social value and environmental impact. Ghent’s menu now cuts CO2eq by 74% thanks to more organic, plant-based meals 🌱 #Lyon2025
