Which of these players should have been a Steeler for life instead of playing somewhere else?.

I'll be honest my favorite Steeler and he is under paid for his production last year. There's no question about it. I hope they do what they can to come to terms so Cam can finish his career as a Steeler.

Here is what I don't get if Heyward wanted more money this yr if he had an All Pro season why didn't they negotiate that into last year's contract. Just put a clause in the contract " If player has All Pro season 2025 pay goes up to x".

We fans look at professional sports as a game we love to watch. We don't truly look at it as a major entertainment business. Because truly that's all it is a massive entertainment business. We let multi Millionaires entertain us playing a "game" we love.

Those of us who grew up playing Madden on Super Nintendo or TecMo SuperBowl never thought there would be a day a game would look like this.

Well mistake number 1 was thinking Poni is right. Here in Western PA we've learned that if Poni says it it's normally the opposite.

Those of us who work our asses off just to get bye will never truly understand a player sitting out. We view them as spoiled rich cry babies. We could never understand saying millions for a years work isn't enough it's just not the real world to us.

I get why players sit out when they ask for money. But to me that goes against everything I've ever been taught. But the NFL world isnt the real world. None of us who work our ass off just to get bye will ever truly understand it because we aren't part of it.

Yes we have and 9 times out of 10 it probably didn't happen.
