Bison freshmen Joshua Kyei-Baffour (8.02) and Chris Hilton (8.11 in prelims) finished 3rd and 5th in the 60m hurdles for their collegiate debuts. Kyei-Baffour is now No. 10 on the NDSU all-time list.

It's hard to express how incredible a race this was for Mya. She dropped over 1:00 off her PR (which was already quite fast) to finish 4th in a TOUGH Conference. Had a TREMENDOUS finish in the last 1k. Absolutely, absolutely incredible.

Our very own Ivan Daood (who last week was the first St. Charles CC athlete in school history to qualify for state as an individual 3 times) finished 53rd overall in today's State meet. Incredible season for Ivan and another chapter in his already incredible career.

1. This is how tough Section 1A CC is (like in track): our top 2 teams just finished 1-2 in the State. 2. LARP's head coach, Matt Kingsbury, is one of the kindest humans you'll ever meet & an incredible coach. This is richly deserved & well-earned, for both him & the boys.
LARPH is your Class 1A team champion. The Eagles have five runners finish in the top 21 and all under 16:30. LARPH is the first team champ from SE Minnesota since P-E-M in 2009.
