According to House Rules, Rep Burns Closed Primary bill, H.3310, must be scheduled for a hearing before the end of January 2026. This will be the first time it’s heard in committee in my lifetime. We need everyone to show up to this committee when it’s scheduled. Stay alert! 🚨

South Carolina Legislators 👇. We need to stop pretending there aren’t simple solutions to replace the bad state judges! Start with replacing the bad lawyer legislators, then the rest will happen organically.
The standard for judges should be the same as any job: if they have a track record of making many terrible decisions (not a few isolated incidents), they should be asked to resign. It’s not that complicated.
