The ONLY way to actually cut our highest-in-the-South income tax is to cut spending! Instead, Leadership has pushed the budget up 124% over the past 9 years. It’s unsustainable!.
Reason 2,453,789 why South Carolina screams big government: SC requires 12.7% of its income to fund state government, NC - 10.5%, TN - 9.7%, GA - 11.3%, FL - 8.7%.

We agree. It’s time Congress gets serious about cutting spending and enacting the Trump agenda. We have a country to save and our current spending is unsustainable.
🚨TIME TO CODIFY DOGE CUTS. Now that President Trump’s administration is proposing rescissions, we are calling on Congress to GET IT DONE. This is the first bite at the apple on reigning in discretionary spending. Everyone ran on doing it. It’s time for Congress to stop talking.
