All tables in the Alley are 4ft by 2ft and we limit display heights to about 40cm above the table surface. You'll need to supply a portfolio with your application so we can see what you'll be selling and you can find a guide to help you build one here:

Howdy everyone! Applications for our 2026 Artist Alley are now live! Log on to our registration portal at https://t.co/gTvyFrfy0y where you will find the new application form available for you to complete. Make sure you complete this by October 13th to be considered for a spot!

When we open on the evening of October 6th, you'll be able to apply for a table through our registration portal here: https://t.co/gTvyFrfy0y Applications are not on a first-come, first-served basis. As long as you apply by October 13th you'll be considered for a table.

Hey folks! Applications for Artist Alley tables will open on October 6th! Our Artist Alley is aimed at dealers with smaller displays or those who only wish to take commissions and then leave their table. You can stay for as much or as little of the Artist Alley slot as you wish.

Q: When do I pay for my table? A: At the same time as you pay for your convention registration. Please note that you must have a convention registration to be a dealer in our Den. If you accept a table but do not pay for a convention registration, your table will be forfeit.

This process is not first come, first served! Please take some time to create your portfolio and make your submission shine for our review team. We've got a guide for creating your portfolio which you can read here:

If you'd like a spot in our Den this year, create an application here: https://t.co/gTvyFrf0b0 Please be aware, this is not a convention registration! You will still need to register alongside other attendees and being accepted for a Den spot does not guarantee registration.

Once your application is in, we'll review it as soon as we can. We aim to review applications submitted by 14th July before registration opens. Please note, your table is only confirmed once payment for registration is also complete; you will pay for both after registering.

Hi folks! Our Dealers' Den aims to open applications early so we can let dealers know whether or not they have a table before they commit to registering. With that in mind, we're happy to announce Den applications open on 7th July at 7pm UK time!

Again, if you are not registered for the convention yet and only intend to attend if you are successful in securing an Alley table, you only need to apply for the Artist Alley now and can register to attend after tables are confirmed.

When you apply you'll be asked to confirm that you've read our Alley Terms & Conditions. You can find them here: https://t.co/DKauMrqyWf You'll also need to link a portfolio of your work for us to review. We've put together a guide to help you with this:

Applications must be submitted by October 11th and we will respond to tell you if you are successful by October 19th. As a reminder, tables cost £20, all of which will go to our charity. This payment will be taken at the convention, there is no facility to pay in advance.

To apply for an Artist Alley table, sign in to our registration system at https://t.co/fhNh2x9esQ and select the Artist Alley form. This will take your to the application that you need to complete to request an Artist Alley Table.

Please note! If you are not yet registered to attend and only intend to if you secure an Alley table you do not need to register in order to apply for a table in the Alley! If you register, not getting an Alley table will not be accepted as grounds for a refund.
