It pains me to say this but Denny Hamlin is better than a lot of driver that have won Championships. Even in the full season points where the most consistent driver normally would win, I think he outshines some of those because consistency isn't always in the drivers control.

Parker Kligerman is the man. Awesome win for him.

Damn, I feel bad for Dale Jr. He had the world on his shoulders and had to try to live up to the standards of his dad which were unrealistic for 99% of drivers. Plus the weight of losing his father. Impossible task. Chase Elliott didn't lose his dad but has the same expectations.

As a Chase Elliott fan, Blaney is my second favorite and I really like Hocevar as well. So I can't complain. But Chase needs to clean up the restarts. He definitely seemed aggressive tonight but thinks still didn't go his way. 15th sucks but still not horrible, just not great.

I was a life long Gordon fan and Hendrick supporter, then moved to Chase after Gordon. But the last few years the way Chase had been done I'm not mad when a Hendrick car gets beat unless it's Chase. Byron cost Chase a 600 in 2020 so it's all good in my book.

What is going on in Indy! This race is gonna be very memorable for a lot of bad reasons.
