@SASR666 No. It’s a policeman trying his best to cooperate with Steve so that Steve gets to protest and the conference attendees don’t get disrupted. Both have rights & the policeman has to try to balance them.

@SASR666 If you know Manchester you’ll know Steve is standing on a traffic island at a busy junction which can be dangerous & the policeman is simply politely asking him to move 50 yards down the road, partly for safety, partly because his music will disrupt conference hall.
