@bluestar_ltd; @BluestarProdLtd I regret to mention that my recent experience with Blue Star has been extremely disappointing. Despite purchasing a product from an authorised dealer with a clear commitment for timely installation, the promised service was not delivered.

For the past one and a half months, I have been in contact with Amazon’s customer support team, yet I have not received a satisfactory solution to my problem. This ongoing delay is extremely frustrating, and it reflects poorly on the support quality that I expected from Amazon.

@AmazonHelp This has happened twice, and despite logging multiple complaints, there’s been no action from Amazon’s end, nor did they even provide a service request number for tracking the issue. This is unacceptable customer service, and I’m losing trust in online shopping.

Sharing my experience purchasing a flat in 16th Parkview, Gaur Yamuna City. Unfortunately, it has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Maintenance and project are highly unreliable. I would strongly advise to keep your money in bank rather than invest in Gaur.

Pathetic service from Flipkart and IFB Appliance- booked an IFB Front door fully automatic washing machine from Flipkart on 4th March, dented n faulty product delivered by seller “Omni TechRetail”. Service engineer for installation confirm dent from inside of product.
