Our Street Outreach team have seen an increase in the number of children accessing our services at the start of the year 📈. As well as providing a safe place for children to wash and eat, our drop in centres facilitate conversations, helping to start the rehabilitation process.

Our permaculture training programme forms a key part of the rehabilitation for children staying with us 🌱 . Through theoretical & practical lessons, they are able to take home the skills and knowledge to help their families adapt to the challenges of climate change ☀️ 🌧️

Over the last couple of weeks, children in our Education Programme have been returning to school for the start of the new academic year in Uganda 🎒 ✏️ . It's an exciting time, with new experiences and opportunities ahead of those heading to school for the very first time! 🙌

Today is our 17th birthday! Happy Birthday to us! 🎈 . Huge thanks to our fantastic supporters who have helped us to achieve so much over our 17 years of operating. Together, we will continue to work towards ensuring that there is 'No Street Called Home' for children in Uganda.

The children staying at our residential site recently enjoyed a lesson on liquid soap making 🧼 . These fun activities increase their knowledge and skills while they are with us, to give them confidence when they are resettled home ⭐ . Thanks to our Community team! 👏
