UPDATE: President Martha Garcia speaks to 7 students trapped in student center elevator, encouraging them to hold on and that help is on the way. After attempts from a previous technician failed, another had to be called.

UPDATE: There is about 7 people inside. The call for assistance came in around 4:50 PM. The elevator is now on the first floor, however, first responders are unable to pry the doors open.
