New mode is out. -It's basically Illusive Realm but you can use all 3 resonators.-Rewards in the mode cost waveplates and give about the same as a tacet field. -Mode rewards (6000 points) don't cost waveplates. -Takes about 15 minutes to clear.

The worst part about Wuthering Waves is the Gacha aspect, tbh. Kuro needs to realize they have a game that could easily break out of the typical gacha playerbase niche if they trust themselves and their game more, and don't use the same cheap tricks to sell characters.
Wuthering Waves is absolutely a game worth celebrating. 2.0/2.2 has highlighted how the devs are working hard to create a meaningful story experience. I wish the game could unshackle itself from the gacha pitfalls that come with this type of game but wow. Time well spent. Love.
