In 2008, oil prices hit the highest on record, $147 per barrel & gasoline prices averaged $4.09/gal. Now, refining capacity is lower thanks to lockdowns. So there is an even higher margin above oil. The moral: Expect $125 per barrel oil and $4.50 per gallon gasoline.
