2015 Vin de Constance. In a class of its own, the Vin de C. Perfectly smooth. Honey and apricot. The 2021 is the greatest VdeC I have tasted (and of all time) and I defy anyone who hasn’t given it 100 pts, but this 2015 is so delicious I could die in its arms.
