My gospel🙂. Flying, the speed and/or reach, wouldn't even be uniform with equal wings. There is the wind, there are clouds and those other elements of the atmosphere. They differ from place to place and season to season.
The sky may be wide enough, but we are still rationing feathers. Wings are unequal. Some are clipped at birth. Others are created in labs of privilege. Flying is not a poetic given. It’s a bloody effort. That the sky is wide enough, is spatially true, but materially false.
