Yep, same thing happened with 18:09. According to app it is moving on its journey but never advertised or announced. Staff don’t have a clue what’s happening. This week is supposed to be customer service week. Telling customers to check boards. But you are not advertising them.

My son went for 17:39 instead but it said delayed when he got there. Nothing advertised about departure but the app shows it left and shows it moving. Is the same thing going to happen for 18:09. Why aren’t trains being advertised? My son has vision issues
