In a sea of bad, here’s an amazing effort every creative in California can support!! Assembly member @BauerKahan has a solid bill that requires GenAi devs to be transparent on the use of copyright works! This is an incredible first step to ensure creatives rights are respected!
Authors have a right to control and profit off of their own intellectual property. My bill, AB 412, requires developers to be transparent about their use of copyrighted materials.
