To me that logistically awkward time when the hot sexy part has died down is the better more intimate part of showering together.
I hate to break this news but as someone who has showered with their girlfriend before it is NOT a hot experience. It is for the first like 5-10 minutes when you're being weird but unless you have a huge shower the actual cleaning part gets really logistically difficult.
