Our local @RuncornFoodbank is running short on quite a few things, every month we try to collect things to donate.

Visitors - We love visitors, and you can attend three monthly meetings as a visitor, at £4 per visit, before we ask you to consider becoming a member. When: Every Third Thursday at 7.30 pm for our monthly meetings Where: The Lockdown Pub, 45 Canal Street, Runcorn WA7 1SA

This Month’s Meeting is on Thursday the 20th Of July at 7.30 pm Steve Holmes will be joining us as our speaker for July’s meeting who will be telling us all about Moths and their lifecycle, which are just as important to our natural ecosystem, as bees and butterflies.

A very enjoyable and inspiring Annual Meeting. A time for networking with other members. Thank you to our Federation Secretary who did a sterling job organising everything and the Trustees, ex Trustees and WI Advisers for ensuring everyone was looked after.

Karin Snape, fabulous member of Cheshire Federation of WIs and of our Leisure For Pleasure Sub Committee has been a bit absent recently. Undertaking an amazing challenge. She's getting nearer to the Federation - why not follow her and see if you can cheer her on.

We are pleased to confirm the Butterfly House in Victoria Park, Widnes will open on Monday 29 May 11am! We aim to open Wed & Sun through summer. To do this we will need more volunteers! Can you spare a few hours a week? Come along Sun 21st or Wed 24th May 10-12 to sign up!
