Well he's not the 5th starter yet, but Jack Perkins is legit good. When he does get an opportunity, grab him.

#Orioles RHP Grayson Rodriguez began feeling elbow discomfort again while rehabbing his lat injury. Same type of discomfort he felt in Spring Training. Interim manager Tony Mansolino said O’s have had to “pull back” on Rodriguez’s rehab. More info to come in coming days.
