Will he stick to his guns?.Or will he cave to the lunatics in the asylum?.Anthony Albanese told me earlier this year:.“I won't be negotiating or doing deals with the Greens after the election".Prime Minister- you may not have a choice.

But they don’t support Badgerys Creek either. Normally you’d just laugh. But in the 47th Parliament- Labor is going to have to hear them out. It might be energy. It could be Defence. Who knows. The new Prime Minister is going to have to make some tough choices.

You’d be a fool to think the Greens won’t be demanding Labor rip up that contract. These people now have a seat at the table. Without them, Labor can’t pass legislation. If the Greens had their way, Sydney Airport would be moved from Mascot. Where ?.They don’t say.

“This is a dangerous decision that will make Australia less safe by putting floating Chernobyls in the heart of our major cities.”.Those submarines are still in the planning stage. They’re due in 2039.

The Greens are opposed to the military deal we did with our closest allies- the UK and US. When the AUKUS contract was signed last year to build nuclear submarines - Greens Leader Adam Bandt claimed….

But in Australia - the Greens Defence spokesman Jordan Steele-John says:.“I don’t see China as a military threat to Australia.”.This is despite China making direct threats - that suggest otherwise.

“Cancel Defence contracts- and cut Defence spending”.These nutters don’t want us preparing - for the possibility of war. Overnight - the United States has committed to send soldiers to Taiwan - if the nation comes under attack from China.

“There’s no climate or economic view that new coal and gas mines stack up. “You can’t put out a fire - while you’re pouring petrol on it.”.This is a monumental challenge for the new Prime Minister. What about when it comes to Defence?.The Greens plan to:.

Our exports of energy and resources are forecast to reach $425 billion by the end of the financial year. The rest of the world wants our coal and gas. But the Greens are trying to shame us - and switch it all off. Party Leader Adam Bandt says:.

“Immediately ban the construction of new coal, oil and gas infrastructure”.And to:.“Phase out the mining, burning and exporting of thermal coal by 2030.”.These nutty views defy global trends.

So they had to make promises….Can they keep them ?.The likely Minister for Climate Chris Bowen has told the Financial Review. “We will be implementing the policies we took to the election.”.Well - enter the Greens. Their flagship policy reads - and I quote:.

They supported the new gas power station in Kurri Kurri. Anthony Albanese also said….“If coal mines stack up environmentally and commercially… then they get approved.”.And we know why Labor took this stance. Because voters were spooked by Labor in 2019.

Remember - Albo said he would not negotiate….What’s he going to do now ?.The Greens have 16 MPs across the two houses of Parliament. They have a radical agenda. The major concern is around energy. During the election - Labor made a number of guarantees.

They’ll need the support of the Coalition. Or… get into bed with the Greens. And as we’ve warned- that spells trouble for Australia. There was a time when you could ignore them….But not anymore. And we warned about this in the lead up to the election. .

The way the count is heading- they are on track to have a total of 12 seats in the Upper House. Labor will have 25 - well short of what is required to pass legislation. So that puts the new Prime Minister in a tight spot. Labor has two options.

Ben Fordham, Radio broadcaster says: I think we need to be aware of what’s about to happen. Because it’s going to make the next three years chaotic. For the first time - the Greens will hold the balance of power in the Senate.
