Springfield, OH🚔 •Patrick Foley (32) was speeding, fled a traffic stop & ran on foot from the officer. •The officer deployed a Taser as Foley ran⚡️ •The deployment was successful…Foley fell & smashed his face into the gravel. •Foley died at the hospital 3 days later.
