The charges were pursued and the city lost at court and at the Civil Service Commission. It’s time to move on, and Hoboken taxpayers should not be forced to pay court-mandated penalties.

It’s disappointing that @HobokenEmily not only isn’t joining us in taking this action, she was the only Council member running for Mayor who refused to take a position on reinstating Chief Crimmins in a recent interview. That’s not the leadership that Hoboken deserves.
