This is Rob, not a Liverpool fan or a scouser, but joined us voluntarily on Saturday morning to help clean up our amazing building. He loves the city and has made it his home, we like Rob.
Did you know... It took just over 3 years to complete the Royal Liver Building, with it officially opening on 19 July 1911.

The wait is nearly over so we thought we would show you a little teaser of how the brand new, never seen before Royal Liver Building lighting experience will look...
At the top of The Royal Liver Building is a pair of clock towers, which were designed to allow passing mariners to tell the time.
At 7.6 m (25 ft) in diameter these clocks are even bigger than those on Big Ben!
This is Arthur, he worked in our building in 1953 for the shipping company, Anchor Line. He is currently on a cruise which has just docked in Liverpool and wanted to take a trip down memory lane so we arranged for him to have a walk around.
We loved hearing his happy memories.
Our building recently appeared in hit series

, which found Liverpool doubling for Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸🎬
Have you seen it?
