"How will this work?" In our latest workshop, public contributors and researchers explore and reflect on what a peer support worker can do to help refugee peers' health and wellbeing. We write, draw, stick, speak and listen with the spirit of generosity.

Last week, we had our first workshop "Finding a Common Language". Public contributors and the Routes to Wellness team came altogether for the first time! We explored significant themes regarding mental health support and the ways to work together going forward.

We had a lovely logo design workshop with public contributors @DCRSPlymouth in the beginning of the month. Fabulous artwork are made expressing what the contributors mean by 'Routes to Wellness' and peer-support in mental health. More to follow.
