@flybe How is this acceptable? By your staff not placing a note on my booking like they said they would, I've paid £50 for what? If my luggage fit the baggage allowance and did not go in the hold, where has that £50 gone? Please explain this to me. This is your error, not mine.

Hi @flybe. Will be looking at the legislation for demanding payment at the point of boarding an aircraft and initial examination suggests that there may be issues. You maybe should be checking this too.

Been travelling twice a week for the last year with the same bag, no issues whatsoever and due to the plastic protector edges at the base being a few mm too wide, Flybe have now decided to bend me over and give me a good shafting. Cheers @flybe
