Nice power play. Lyon kept them in the game. On the first Ranger goal the Sabres had the puck in their own zone but gave it away. On the second there were two Sabres and one Ranger in the corner. Guess who got the puck.
Going to try to stay positive here early into Sabres season. Of all the games I've covered during Buffalo's drought, I'm positive I've seen several similar to this.

Well the @sabres won’t get me excited about their usual great start to a season only to be out of the playoffs by January. Power play was garbage tonight. 36 shots on goal but maybe 3 quality chances. 14 years in a row and counting
