The credits are only sacred in Hollywood, because either the audience members or someone thy know is in the film.
@RogerMcGuinn I was in a theatre once where they started turning up the lights during the credits and cut the song short. I stood and protested aloud but was ignored by the man in the projection booth. That song at the end was why I had spent money to see it for the 8th time.
