Yay! More illegal activity from @UPS_UK @UPS š Order was paid at time of purchase through their website, but because they canāt find an invoice I havenāt paid so they donāt owe me any refund!! I mean, Iām not saying their entire tech infrastructure is non-existent, butā¦ š¤·š»āāļø

Itās not like Iāve asked them to go above and beyond. I asked a courier firm to courier a parcel, paid them, followed all of their processes. Their customer service team have, at every stage, been at best incompetent and at worst rude and obstructive. No āserviceā whatsoever.

And Iāve asked for confirmation of complaints escalation, without response.

Ohhhhhhh and I have repeatedly asked where my refund is, which they are ignoring.

Essentially: we lost your invoices. We didnāt know what to do, so we sent it back to you, without informing you that this was going to happen, despite being in live contact with you. Now weāre telling you itās your faultā¦

When the parcel arrived back here today I contacted the team asking why they hadnāt dealt with my package properly and received this replyā¦

This was the point at which I received the email telling me the information had been received, and the parcel had been cleared for shipment. Not from the team I had been taking to. From an automated system. We all know what happens with their automated systemsā¦

When I told them this, they simply told me that I had to create a new invoice. I explained that I didnāt have any of the information needed, as it had been autogenerated at point of sale by their system.

They then demanded I provide copies of aforementioned invoices. Which are auto-generated at point of shipping purchase. By their system. When I logged into my account to send them over, their own system wonāt allow the customer to see these invoicesā¦

@UPS_UK say I didnāt attach invoices. But they wouldnāt accept the parcel without checking these invoices. Meaning they lost themā¦

@UPS_UK sent me an email saying this parcel had been cleared for shipment. Today I received it, with a sticker saying Iād asked for it to be returned. Are there ANY couriers out there that can actually courier???

I mean, I can keep screengrabbing the info Iāve sent to @DPDgroup_news and copying and pasting it into the messages they claim donāt contain said info, but itās just getting a bit tiresome. Meanwhile the artwork is still missing and no one is willing to compensate me.

Latest in the @DPDgroup_news failure saga! Parcel Monkey accepted our order via DPD. When the item arrived in the US, DPD decided they didn't want the parcel. It sat there until I chased it up. 2 months on and we are no closer to a resolution... £674 + £35.77 later...
